Refund policy

We do not offer returns or exchanges on subscription boxes or customized products.

If an item is damaged when it gets to you, we will replace it.  To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to photograph it and send us the photograph to be eligible for a replacement of that item.  Due to the nature of our ordering, the replacement item will be comparable but may not be the exact item that was damaged.

Individual Purchases:

If you purchase single items from our website, you have up to 14 days from the date of arrival to return your unused item. Please email us at hello@bitsandpaws.com for return instructions!

Restocking Fee:

15% when return freight is prepaid.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
